本实验型开炼机适合于橡胶和塑料等聚合物的塑化分散，本机采用了加热和冷却双重系统，辊筒加热温度均匀，且降温迅速。本机型可谓*机二用，启动加热系统可用来混炼塑料，打开水冷系统可用来开炼橡胶。This experimental open mill is suitable for the plasticization and dispersion of polymers such as rubber and plastics. It adopts two systems, heating and cooling, with uniform roller heating temperature and rapid cooling.  This model can be described as one machine with two functions. Starting the heating system can be used to mix plastics, and opening the water cooling system can be used to open rubber.
